Thanks a lot, I was also wondering do I need to use some specific torque lube to get the right torque? ;)

Actually lube will cause the bolt to be over torqued which can lead to bolt failure.

So if I am reusing old bolts I should not use lube but if I am changing them like the head bolts I should use torque lube?

One should refer to a shop manual to see if a bolt should be lubed or not. On some headbolts they should be oiled and others not. I will see if I have access to the Lincoln Navigator shop manual here at home. I'll let you know in a few minutes.
