ideas on what it could be thank you for

First thing recharge the battery, Have you checked the fuel pressure? try squirting starter fluid directly into the throttle body and see if it starts. If it does then you know your problem is fuel related. if it runs on starter fluid then look at the starter relay and fuel filter also look at the fuel pump. Are you sure you have spark?
I have recharged the battery i have tried starting fluid still wont start fuel flter is putting enough gas out its brand new i dont what the problem could be any more ideas
