When's the last time you flushed the cooling system? It could be that there's a plug somewhere (like in the radiator for example)

Ford_fanatic87 I haven't flushed it but the radiator seems to be working it also seems its not circulating properly somewhere else tho i was driving one night and all of a sudden it just overheated at random after i drove it all day at normal operating temperature

Well the radiator was just an example, where does it seem like its not circulating?

Ford_fanatic87 the car is kind weird the top radiator hose is the bleeder valve and the bottom hose is the thermostat the bottom hose is cold and the top hose is hot but they both get hard like there under pressure honestly idk where the circulation issue is

Must be the 4.7? I'd still suspect a plug in the radiator. It's a reverse flow cooling system. Disconnect and fill separately, see if it flows freely or if it slows

Ford_fanatic87 how do you suggest i do this to check for a clog and or flush the clog out

To check, disconnect and remove radiator, run water through it and compare flow going in to flow going out....less flow out would indicate that there's a blockage of some sort. After confirming a blockage, add radiator flush solution to eat away any blockages, after recommended time rinse flush from radiator and retest for plug
