Ok, either you have a 134a leak, or the ac condenser is filled with air, so when you try to fill it with 134a, it will not do much. If the latter is the case, then you need to release air out before filling the condenser with 134a.

Where do I release the air out?

The same place you use to fill up the condenser with 123A. Iy is just like your tire air gauge, just push it in and it will release the air. However, 134A is not a healthy gas, and there will be traces of it, recommend you put a mask on. Might sound crazy but always play it safe rather than be sorry.
