how do i reset the tire pressure warning light  on my 2013 ES350 so that the
tire pressure appears on the dash board?

So the TPMS isn't transmitting the psi? you can try this, locate the tire pressure reset button in the box under the dash near the center of the steering wheel. Press the START BUTTON twice (foot OFF the brake) to get power to the circuit. Now press the TIRE PRESSURE RESET BUTTON and hold it until the tire symbol on the center display blinks 3 times. Before doing this, inflate all tires to a COLD PRESSURE of 33 psi. Regards

The tpms button is hard to find, but this is how: slide your hand down the underside of the plastic housing that surrounds the steering column, towards the floor, aligning your fingers with the right edge of that housing. That housing will transition to some under dash plastic housing, keep sliding your fingers down that, towards the floor. Just as that under dash housing ends, you'll feel a small button.
