What is wrong with this damn Dodge Dart?
This 2015 Dodge dart keeps dying on me!
It’s a automatic, but during rush hour, I feel
It’s a standard due to having to use both
feet just to keep it cranked. The engine
light comes on, however it decides to go
off once I get somewhere that can check
the codes, and they look at me crazy
cause the light is not on and it will seem to
be running ok, then. It either will die, or act
like it has no power, or as if some bad gas
or missing? I hate this car! Somebody help,
Yes I just read the same thing, well all I know is I have to work, and the car is not wanting that to happen. Thank you for your answer.
Check oil level. Dart’s are designed to shut down when oil levels get too low to protect the engine.
I added oil to my dart and am still afraid to try to drive it
My buddy was driving his dodge dart when all of a sudden the gas peddle went to the floor and engine went into shut down later we found out his oil level was low like not on the stick dud the car go into shut down mode for safty of the engine? We havent even tried to turn it over.
Dodge darts have a issue with the piston rings installed improperly causing extreme oil consumption, most people don’t realize it because the car doesn’t leak or smoke. Brand new dart with 23k miles would eat 1QT every 1000 miles. I kept it topped off every week for a year until trade in time.
Is it the timing chain or fuel pump cause it didn’t have any oil on the stick so I bought oil to put in it and it still wouldn’t start
My 2015 dodge dart engine shaking when on but rides well
