Pickup person did not show up on scheduled date and time and did not provide any updates. On rescheduled date, once again did not arrive on time or provide any updates of his delay. Incredible mismanagement of time and wasted 2 of my business days.

Bad customer service

The driver was over 12 hours late. They said they put in to have a supervisor call me regarding the issue to this day over a week later I have not heard Pete I have called multiple times that I said I would hear back within 24 hours and never heard back. This is one of the worst customer service experience I've ever received because of it I lost a full day's wages at work. I also then had to pay someone to be there to allow the vehicle to be picked up. In addition to that having to drive to ship off the title. This was absolutely horrendous customer service as supervisors should be appalled that they allowed this to happen and have never returned to call

I scheduled a car pick up FOUR times and each time no one showed or called. When they finally found someone it was later in the day and I had to leave work to be home. The offer was, however, outstanding compared to other dealers and offers. The car was picked up around 4pm and I had the money in my account the next morning by direct deposit.

Leading up to pickup day, the process was easy. The person who picked up didn’t know a thing about the process, couldn’t take the proper pictures so I was crawling on my hands and knees getting the pictures for her. She couldn’t answer any questions I had, I had to call in multiple times to get clarity on how to fill things out in the packet because she was telling us something entirely incorrect. Hire your own employees and educate them. This is a HUGE part of the process. The vehicle still had a loan on it and we were extremely nervous to let her leave with the vehicle and based on this experience, I was unsure if the remainder of the process getting the loan paid off and the equity of the vehicle to the proper bank account was going to be seamless.
