After submitting very detailed pictures and information I was Given a lower offer 3 days prior to scheduled pick up. Due to “undisclosed” damages. All information was clearly photographed. I had To follow up with the mechanic to get a time frame pinned down. The man coming to pick up my van was scheduled to be there between 9-11. He showed up after 1. Stating he had a family emergency- of which was his dog throwing up. This is not an emergency. My husband leaving for work one morning, dying while at work and leaving me a widow with 4 children. I was Told pick up would take about 30 minutes. It took over 4 hours. Car gurus did not have the necessary paperwork in order. I submItted a copy of my husbands death certificate-your people did not get necessary paperwork until we were mid way through the pick up. Then as indicated in all communication the payment for my vehicle was not deposited for 48+ hours. Thus leaving me with no vehicle, 4 children and no funds to purchase the vehicle I had Lined up. The guy picking up my van had zero clue about the process and was blindly trying to follow the steps. When the guy picking up vehicle tried to contact you to get guideance he was put on hold for a ridiculous amount of time, those working for you should have a direct number-not just thrown into the queue like any other called.
