After being stood up twice on pick up dates, they finally showed up to pick up our vehicle. I took two days off so that my wife wouldn't be home alone when a stranger came to pick up our car. Both days were wasted waiting for someone that never showed up. They offered a $250 summer promotion that was promised to us that we have never received. Customer service was anything but helpful. If I ever sell another car online, it would never be through cargurus.

I should’ve just sold my car to the cash buyer I had instead of going with this company. Chase is saying the check is not valid and Carguru is blaming Chase. I now have no car or money. Working with a lawyer to get my money somebody’s gonna pay.

Bad customer experience

First, the proper expectations were not set. A stranger came to our door trying to drive our car to the dealership when we were expecting an auto carrier. Then it took over a week for our lien holder to receive the payment. This experience has taught us somethings you should do in person.
