Wasted Personsal Days

Missed two pick ups without explanation. I only have 15 vacation days a year. CarGurus made me waste two days for a pickups that never happened. And I only get a $100 gift card. Not only I wasted two v days but lost the overtime on those days. Still pissed off !!!

Got an offer, accepted offer,

Got an offer, accepted offer, scheduled pick up, delayed and rescheduled 3 times.
Driver picked up the car.. Clueless to the process..
Let the car go, deposited the check that was dated 3 days prior.
Got a email to "sign the bill of sale" 48 hours after car was picked up.
Received confirmation that the payment was authorized to process 3 DAYS after the car was picked up.
Felt scammy. Waited for check to clear, waited 6 days for payment to be "reversed"
Got lucky and payment cleared
Don't schedule a pick up on Tuesday, reschedule til Thursday, fail to instruct driver to authorize payment per your own protocols.
Email a "bill of sale " on Saturday and instruct that payment should be delayed by 3 hours and it was "authorized" 5 days after agreed pickup and 3 days after actual pickup.
ZERO follow up and ZERO service as we had to consult the transport company who was the onsite rep. He didn't even know there was a check..
He drove off with the car and no bill of sale, no payment authorization.
Fix your issues

Terrible experience. The sell my car offer stated the CarOffer team will pay my car loan off within 2 days and provided a receipt of when funds should be received and deposited. Neither has happened and no one is able to tell me when funds will be received

A very stressful, poorly coordinated, frustrating process that was extremely inconvenient. Car Gurus staff treat customers (and their own subcontracted drivers and inspectors) as second-class citizens.
