The line about you being a NYS resident is a pure lie to get you to pony up some more cash. Find another dealer to deal with." After I confronted Quirk via email about what the website wrote, I waited for three days and of course received no response. If I were you, I would follow the advice given to me, and FIND ANOTHER DEALER. "
