Dealer is VERY UNWILLING to negotiate prices on any cars. This particular 2018 Honda Accord Touring 2.0 the have listed at $26k is OVERPRICED with high mileage and the car has damage listed on the Carfax Report, and the dealership is UNWILLING to lower the price or fix the repairs. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Gave it one cause it wouldn’t let me give it a zero. Manager tried to lowball my wife on a 2017 for explore trade in with 70k miles. Offered 12k when going trade value is 17-18k. Then told her this car wouldn’t be here on Saturday. It’s almost Tuesday and it’s been just sitting there. Don’t recommend this location at all. Manager is very well aware of this review because I told them I would write one about them. Stay away from this location. Keep searching.

They did contact me. But then I realized which dealership they were. I’d been there before. They don’t listen to your needs and when I brought in a discount from Costco they just took that money off what they were offering on the trade. And don’t give them your keys, you will have to be very assertive to get them back.

Did not inspect car & lied about defect in body. Certified car body & bumper to be up to Audi standards when it was not. Claimed car probably was damaged while sitting on their lot when damage had touch up paint on area. Confrontational when questioned during discussions about concessions. Had conflicting stories about automobile.

Emailed and texted with a sales person. I offered a little lower price and he sent me a counter offer within $750 dollars I asked another question and he withdrew his offer. I went and looked at the car. The Car is clean

made appointment to see car told them that I would like to buy the car cash, list price was $17,990 the contact I was to meet was not there he referred me to another salesman and when I got there the price was more than $20,000 could have told me before I wasted my time how could a cash price go up over $2,000 dollars, if you are trying to buy with cash, don't waste your time with this dealer, I see the list price has changed

They were very up front about the history of the vehicle which is good (structural damage), but when asking about the exterior condition (are there any dents,etc) the salesman became annoyed and just shouted "just come in and look at it." Not very easy to come in and look at it when I am 1500 miles away.

Very disappointed in my experience. After completing a credit application and multiple emails back forth, I was going for a test drive and finalize the deal on the car. At the 11th hour, I get an email from Samuel saying the “ sorry the car sold boss” I was never told another person was looking at the same vehicle, etc I definitely will NOT but a vehicle from this dealership.!

I contacted Audi Plano a week ago in regards to this vehicle was told they have not received said vehicle yet. Contacted them on 6/29/20 still no car. Talked to Tommy Stewart yesterday told me he would call right back, here it's Sat. and still no phone call. Highly disappointed in Audi Plano.
