Staff was quick to respond to any questions and eager to accommodate the transaction in any reasonable way. Another buyer beat me to the purchase, but I'd still recommend the dealership for their customer service.

Dealer advertised Leaf as having Nissan CPO warranty. Then tried charging an additional $995 for it. When I showed salesman Val Advertisement he to me to manager that was very arrogant and improper. Stated to me it was a mistake with Cargurus and I should take it up with Cargurus! Not to mention $995 for a CPO is outrages when all other Nissan dealers are charging $300 to $400. Typical bait-and-switch business be careful with this company.

The dealer tried to add on more than $1,000 in "Extra's" such as theft, paint protection, etc. When I brought the car to my mechanic, he said it was in poor condition - used, "auction quality" parts under the hood, low and dirty fluids, a cracked windshield, and a lot of rust, When I brought it back to the dealer, he was not surprised that I was going to take a pass. Buyer beware.

Buyer beware. Had the car I wanted and ready to do the deal however I was not ready to bend over when sales adds mandatory dealership options I'm talking 1000's. Low ball you into dealership then make sure you are sitting down!! Most unethical business operation I've ever dealt with Fortunately I got out with my shirt as I did not buy or would recommend this dealership to my worst enemy.

I drove 4 hours one-way to test drive the car which the full intention of purchasing it. The salesman was pleasant and helpful but when the calculation of the total charges was presented I discovered that the dealer had added two "accessories" in the form of a paint "protector" and an anti-theft device. The two additions increased the cost of the car over $1,100. I was also informed that the new cost was not negotiable. Since neither of the accessories were of any value to me, I thanked the salesman for his time and drove 4 hours back to my home. I strongly feel that any dealership should be required to accurately describe the car on an internet listing as well as provide the correct price.

If your planning on buying a use car, take someone with you for a second opinion. If you have a bad feeling about a car and they try to make you reconsider, your better off going with your gut feeling. If you think something is wrong with the car and they tell you it's nothing, or "it's been sitting outside for a while, it's nothing to worry about" your probably right and there is something wrong with the car. They do not take back returns when you buy a use car, you would think they will tell you that important information but they don't. This did happen to me and now I'm stuck with a car I'm not happy with. Before signing any paperwork, look over all the charges, and don't put to much down as a down payment. I did the mistake on doing so.

This dealer decided that they better keep the car sitting on their lot for 90 days, than sell it for a couple hundred less than what they were asking... Called another dealer nearby right away and bought a better, more expensive model, with same miles, better equipped, for the same offer I gave to Autobarn Evanston. Their managers need to learn that this is the new age, where information, including contact info for other dealers... Is widely available... And when the $75,000+ deal is HOT and TODAY, they better jump on that deal lol

Horrible experience!! First I waited an hour just to talk to a salesman. The car i made an appointment to come in to see was listed at $8997. While i was waiting they switched the price to $10979 and wouldn't honor the price i traveled an hour for. I don't know if I would of bought it and i came in to see another vehicle too but i was so mad at that point i left.

I received an auto- response, which is totally fine because I use them in my line of sales. However, I asked specific questions in my inquiry, which were never addressed until I sent a reply to the auto response email. I am a true buyer, but highly doubt that I will buy from them.

Made an appointment to test drive a car, on the way there the salesperson calls and states that someone else is interested in the car. She further states they are test driving at the moment. 10 minutes later I get to the dealership and she states that this person decided to purchase a different vehicle. There was no one else in the dealership! I took the vehicle on a test drive and noticed that the vehicle was completely dry and snow free. It was snowing all day, so no one else had taken the vehicle for a test drive! They then low balled me on my trade in. I got 4x the amount they offer me at another dealership. They further attempted to add almost 5,000 of extras on to the vehicle. It was a 4 year old vehicle, that was worth 10,000 and they wanted to make it almost a 15,000. Very shady dealership

Review your final invoice carefully, they do not freely give the consumer all of the numbers, it was like pulling teeth to get the actual price total and APR, also although I came in with a preapproved loan they tried to give me a loan through their finance dept at a higher interest rate

I made a deal on a car at their asking price on a Wednesday. I was clear that I needed a car now and the deal needed to get done so I could have the car shipped ASAP. What a cluster. The salesperson pushed a $500 car interior cleaning service, which I declined. She said, well, all our cars get it. I said, well, then I may need to go with a car somewhere else because I don't need that (why on earth would a 2012 car with 10K miles require decontamination?). Then, I get the extended warranty pitch, which I declined (the car is under factory warranty). She was less pushy on that, which I appreciated. Thursday, the salesperson said she would call with some shipping quotes. Never happened. Thursday evening, I finally got in touch with the finance manager, who again pushed the extended warranty. I told him, no thanks, and he seemed very annoyed. He said he would send me his email address to forward my lender approval letter - that never happened. I finally got his email address on Friday, and I sent along my lender information (this is a national lender who works with this dealer on a regular basis). I heard nothing back until Saturday afternoon when he contacted me to ask if they could try and beat my lender rate. At that point, I said why not, as they had now wasted the weekend - there was no way the paperwork was getting to me. Late Saturday evening I got word that they couldn't beat my lender rate. On Sunday, I decided to walk away. I had enough. My guess is that they were trying to sell the car over the weekend with all their add-ons (this car was HOT and was in the showroom). When that didn't happen by 8PM Saturday evening, then they got back to me. It's amazing how quickly the salesperson contacted me on Monday when she saw my e-mail stating that I was walking away from the deal. She claimed that she had told me the paperwork wouldn't be done until Monday - that was nonsense. If you make a deal on a Wednesday the paperwork should go out, at the latest, the next morning. Overall, it was a pitiful transaction. I ended up doing a deal with another dealership in Florida and my experience was completely different (Mercedes Benz dealer). Deal with these folks by distance at your own risk. If you are local, it may be a completely different kind of transaction. Peace.

cars are not in condition as advertised,meaning cars are not inspected for damage prior to sales or after cars have to be brought to dealer body shop for damage. also cars are not checked for over spray after body shops work,nor does the dealer inspect body shops work.Beware! deals made prior to sales are not kept.sales manager very rude has the attidude you dont like there deals theres the door Quote! dealer wont haggle. warranty dept. way over priced,warranty service dept.has very bad attidude like service manager.cashere bad attidude.overall experiance very poor.

1: We paid cash for the car but for some reason they ran a credit check which they said would be a soft check. Our monitoring service alerted us that it was a hard check. Why did they need to run a credit check to start with. 2: The car only had 70 miles worth of gas in it when I left the lot. Every car I've ever bought has had a fell tank of gas in it when I left the dealer lot. 3: The car had not been serviced. Oil change light came on within 15 minutes of leaving the dealership. 4: Gave us a very low offer on our trade in. We did not take it. 5: Car was advertised as having the premier plus package but as far as we can tell it only has the premier package. 6: Even though we paid cash for the car the deal was extreamely slow. Over 2 hours and 15 minutes. I just think they were very unorganised. 7: There was a lady working as a sales person that I would say was about 50 yeas old. She was wearing skin tight suit with high heals. Truely... It was just wierd. To me it just shows a lack of disipline on behalf of the management. Our salesman was a good salseman. He did his job well.

Fairly straightforward sales process, although finance processing took close to two hours. High inventory, high volume dealer. Dealer very edgy about helping me when I discovered, once home, a worn seat on a 10,000 mile car.
