The dealership (Koons Arlington Toyota) contacted me about 2:45 pm and the vehicles was still available, filled out their paper work and talked to their finance person who said I looked good (6 pm) and I went to Navy Federal Credit Union and had pre-approval (7PM) to purchase the car, sent to my sales man (07:10) and he gave it to the finance person. The finance person called and left a message to have the sales person contact him when I was available. I Called lest then a few minutes later and the sales person told me the finance person had someone is his office and it may be after 9pm before he calls and I told him that that's fine. The call never came that night. Expected a call first thing in the morning and finally received a call from the sales person at 11 am that the car was sold that morning. The dealership never put a hold on the car, I even offered to put money down to hold it and and looking over the dealership reviews they have done this to many people.

Playing games and adding on extra fees for a used car I asked for a real OTD price and get 16k for a 11k car with all these dealer fees and BS My advice go private party
