I would not recommend this dealership. Horrible service during the finance process. Waiting to get financing for a vehicle they sold the vehicle to someone else. The finance person was rude and condescending talked over me when I asked a question when I asked For clarification, he told me I was being rude and condescending. Our family was there for a business deal and he was very unprofessional turned out for the best for us. We went to another dealer and purchased a brand new Chevy trailblazer with half the interest rate he was offering us And a payment under our budget. I would think twice if I were you about using this dealership, they don’t deal with female customers very well.

I received a call from Tim at Gilchrist within a few hours of submitting my interest through CarGurus. I asked Tim if the 2023 Chevrolet Colorado ZR2 was still available for purchase, he said it was and the rest is history. We discussed details regarding the truck and I decided to buy it. I didn't try to haggle because the price was insanely great and I figured there was no budging below $49,265. Tim did a great job talking me through the purchase process, and even held it for me so that I could fly from Colorado to Tacoma for a test drive. I flew to Tacoma, Tim picked me up from the airport and we drove to the dealership. I took the ZR2 Desert Boss for a test drive and was officially sold. Thanks again to Tim and the team at Gilchrist of Tacoma. They did a great job!

These guys are trying to sell a beat up 2020 Tacoma with 60,000+ miles on it for $35,000. Here are a few things wrong with it: - SO MUCH RUST. It apparently came from Montana where the roads are salted. Of course they won't tell you that unless you notice the rust and ask. I've posted pictures. - Mud in the suspension confirms it was taken off-road. The lift kit and other mods would suggest this was the case, but the condition of the truck confirms it was driven hard. - The body has been beaten up badly and fixed by someone who clearly doesn't know what they're doing. Poorly-covered dents, convex bumps, lots of bondo and bad paint everywhere. My estimator friend confirmed the condition. - Mystery aftermarket DIY electrical attached to the battery In addition to this, they severely low-balled my trade-in value by about 5,000. There are better places and people out there. I'd skip this place.

The sales staff are very accommodating, knowledgeable, and friendly. They follow up and provide great details.

Good at contacting me and maybe I should give them an extra star for actually having the vehicle. Several dealers in the area are leaving sold lower priced vehicles up on their website to gather leads. Truck needs a little work. Safety issue with the brakes and the tailgate will not open. Dealer not so fast on responding if they are going to fix these issues or try to sell as is.
