The best experience I've ever had in purchasing a vehicle. Troy Anderson is the man. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and just made the process so comfortable and easy. The last car I got for my wife, at another dealership, I was there all day. With Troy and GMC Puyallup, I was literally in and out with my new vehicle in an hour. Dealer mislead me about the car. They told me: "it's in Great shape, fully loaded", etc. When I arrived, the car had been wrecked and it was a base model, with limited options. They wouldn't negotiate on the price at all, even though it was their red tag sale days, the car was priced the same as several weeks earlier. Adding insult, they tried to offer me a 1/3rd the Kelly blue book trade in value for my car. I was treated very poorly, with complete lack of customer service.

Everyone was great, and the deal was to die for. The only issue was that they would not let me put the deposit down and come in on Sunday, as I was working on Saturday. But they made me a deal that got me down there. It was busy due to the sale so it took a couple hours to get me to finance. Overall it was worth the wait. There internet sales isn't who you deal with. The lady in internet sales seem nice and friendly the sales person and everyone was nice at first but the sales person not real up on vehicles the finance lady we dealt with was nice and tried to help. Dealership didn't want to work any deals on this vehicle but had no problem wanting me to take it in the shorts on trade in. When things didn't go thru on the deal no one on the sales floor including the sales person or the sales manager didn't even thank us for coming in the only person that even thanked us was the finance lady we where talking to.

Horrible bassicly they bait and switch on me when we sigh a a commentmen to buy on a car I test drove, then they told had been a mistake in System this wasn't the car I was buying the tried to put me into a different color with more miles, yet till today I still get emails with same car and specs, so think they do it like this just to bring people in or why they don't fix that mistake conviniently.

That 2011 Cadillac Escalade EXT was piece of junk. The vehicle had rust all over the engine compartment and under. In my opinion, the car must have been under water. I would not pay anything for that car.

This dealership was fabulous. No pressure sales, accommodating to my needs/requests/requirements. I purchased a non-GMC used car at this dealership and thebyeeee willing to get it examined by its own dealership when the engine light came on during the test drive (they even drove it there themselves!). Doug is a jolly helpful fellow and the entire Harnish family is generous and kind. I definitely recommend going to one I their dealerships and taking a look around. :)

Amazing sales staff, hard working straight forward and treated me VERY well, couldn't have asked for more in a car buying team. Randy Shields and Mike Cady are wonderful! LOVE my new car and the people who are so helpful. Worth the drive from Salem to Puyallup!
