Fantastic dealership. I worked with Pam and although we couldn't make the deal work, they really went above and beyond to get it to. It was no fault of their own, my situation was what made it not work out in the end to be clear. When my situation gets better, they are definitely going to be my number one choice. They have amazing deals. They offered me more for the car that I am upside down on by FAR! Couldn't recommend them more.

Very nice at first but had issues committing to what they had promised and then seemed upset that we wanted to return the Escalade. We spent allot of time driving from Lake Stevens (3 different trips) and had to cancel holiday plans because they couldn't follow through. They were unapologetic and offered nothing to compensate for our troubles. They were also quick in letting us know that they had already sold 34 cars that day, so losing this one deal wasn't going to hurt them.

Asked for a quote for out the door with steps and a bed liner. They just ask when I could be there and that their pricing was competitive with other dealers. So I asked for a quote and did not get one. The company I work for gives quotes on vehicles all the time.

Quick, efficient, and friendly is the way I would describe this dealership. They were very efficient in answering all of my questions or getting answers when they didn't know themselves. Addressed all my concerns. Took care of most of the issues I had with the car. The were all very friendly as well. The only issue I had was I didn't always get the whole truth on pricing but I put that into the category of the salesman was likely giving me a ballpark number when I was wanting specifics. Overall, the experience was great and I appreciated that they tried to make it as quick and positive for me as possible.

Emailed salesperson 3 times to confirm all was good with the car and that I wanted to drive down to see/test drive. I also spoke to the person right before leaving and specifically asked if the car was on the lot. I was told yes time. When I got to GOOD Chevrolet, I was told the van was sold the previous day and that the sales person who I'd been communicating with all morning and spoke to on the phone 4o minutes prior to arriving had an "car emergency" in eastern Washington. Not honest. I emailed GOOD Chevrolet upon my return home to let them know of my frustration of taking the day off. No response. Only the automatic, "thanks for stopping by!" emails, not one addressed what happened.

We called in regards to a auto we were interested in, finally after a week of back and forth discussion, we agreed on said vehicle. On the day we were to close the deal, cashiers check in hand for the actual asking price I might add, no bickering on price,we got a call via the manager that the car we were to take delivery on was actually sold the night before, no sorry no nothing. We would never consider doing business with such a des,ership agsin, us or any of our family members.

Horrible. The car salesman tried to belittle my family by assuming we did not have enough money to buy a car, then when I stated I would sleep on the deal, and he quickly jumped to say that someone else is looking at the car right now. Two weeks later, the car is still sitting in their parking lot. I was contacted by another salesman to follow up and finish the sale, but unfortunately the whole situation was a turn off for me and I will not shop here again.

We received s response within 10 minutes after our request. Brian with Internet sales was very responsive and made arrangements for us with a sales rep. BOur Sales Rep, Jordan, was very professional, listened to what we wanted and delivered on that request. The financial person was also very professional and the process went smoothly. All in all we were treated with upmost professionalism.

The dealership has a lot of cars and is laid out very nicely. Trevor was a great help and made sure the vehicle was in working order before letting us take it home. He didn't sugar coat things or act like we knew nothing about cars. Great experience, but it was more than I wanted to pay. Would recommend this place to a friend.

They kept wanting more and more down from me and let me waiting on phone asked if I wanted to be texting I said "yes" but they never did. When they called they didn't leave a message. My questions were never answered. I finally gave up and told them to keep their van. I also felt that 4.8% was too high I'm not a credit risk I have a guaranteed retired income for life of &42,000 and around $ 125,000 equity in my home. I am going to be working on a reversed mortgage. I am also waiting on my settlement from an accident in Arizona in 2012 ! Some money is already in trust. I was going to pay the vehicle off . There is no way I would ever purchase a vehicle from this dealer after the kind of bad treatment I received

I attempted several times to make contact with this dealer. After telling me they could not sell to out of state residents because of a recent scam, I told them I could fly up to Washington and bring my passport, ID, paycheck stubs, anything that was needed, as this was the car I had been looking for! I made several attempts after this to contact the dealer, but received no response.

I should have taken the negative reviews on yelp more seriously. Long story short ...even after we had a check confirmed from our lender in the mail & continued communication between us, our lender, & the dealer, the car was sold from under us & blamed on our check not getting there "in time" even though we were never told that was a possibility or that we had not done the proper "paperwork" in order to hold it. When you live 40 min away & are parents of a young child, it is difficult to find all the time it takes to work out buying a new car. We drove there two separate times to drive and confirm this car! I will NEVER give them my business!

After lots of research we ended up buying a car from Ken here at Good Chevrolet. It was my best car buying experience to date. Absolutely no pushy car salesmanship anywhere on the lot. Enormous inventory and nearly overwhelming selection. Not that mention they had the best prices if not on the west coast, at least in the northwest. I highly recommend you give Ken over at Good Chevrolet a shot at you next car purchase.

First the dealer never contacted me so after a few weeks I ended up contacting them. This was when i was asked where I live and notified that they don't sell to out of state customers due to fraud issues. This is the first I have heard d of this out of all 22 vehicles I have purchased with approximately 15 being out of state. Last time I checked people can commit fraud anywhere whether there your neighbor or across the country. No worries I won't be purchasing from good Chevrolet so they will sit on there 2014 srt jeep another 50 days. Oh and I guess nobody else out of state will be purchasing from them either. Good luck

It was good when buying the car. I paid with a check that cleared my bank on Jan 28th, it's now the 10 of Feb and I still don't have a title. The car also had a dead bat and the windows didin't work. They said the problem was a bad battery and said they replaced it. It's dead in my garage waiting for that batt. I called and the salesman didn't return my call even though he said he'd call me right back. Called the head of sales and he told me they move 400 cars a month and they can't fix them all and I should take it to Nissan for a warranty repair. I'll try that when and if I get that title. I guess that's how it always works with car sales, your great until they have the money. I do love the car.

Don't go in expecting to haggle. They usually drop the price from the MSRP quite a bit. They move fast and didnt offer the maintenance records or title history without asking a few times. Otherwise, they were considerate and professional. I was able to trade an ancient car with 228k on it.

We recently bought a car from Good Chevrolet. I would describe our overall experience as positive. The young man that handled our deal (Austin) was very polite, and professional. I'm not a big fan of negative feedback unless it's well founded, honest, constructive criticism. The couple small issues we had were not Austin's fault, and to small to go into any detail about. Yes, I would recommend buying from this dealership!

Bought the car listed on car gurus. Good Chev responded quickly. at dealership, was shown other, more expensive Camrys until I re-asked about the car advertised. then sales rep suddnly "remembered" that the car was "out back". It appeared, test drive OK, but trade-in for my pickup was really low, about a quarter to a third of what I'd hoped. Also got tons of high-speed doubletalk, about stretching out the payments, instead of lowering the price. had to demand to see info, not offered readily. Car is good, but I felt glad- handed and steamrolled. bring your lungs, know exactly what you want, and get tough. You'll have to with these guys. Too bad I was sick with flu at the time - might've got a better deal if I'd had more fight in me.

Austin worked with me over the phone for a few days and came to the phone each time I called without making me leave a message and having to wait for a call back. Brian Creek and Brian A. Were very friendly and informative when I arrived and made me feel very comfortable. I left with a beautiful 2025 Chevy Equinox and am very satisfied.

Be a good consumer. Know what kind of car you want, have your financing, and know your bottom line. This dealership works on volume so if you are a buyer who needs lots of time, don't go there. I was in/out in 2 hours and it was great! Jimmy, Jeff and Sam were all fantastic but again, know what you want.

During the test drive the car ran out of gas. Sales people were in a hurry to go home, did not take the time to explain the electronics in the car or how they worked. Two weeks later, I am still learning how to use various functions and have gone to another cadillac dealer for help.

Started playing games immediately about what they would give us for a trade in. They 'lost' the keys to the car we wanted to test drive. The sales manager said he would get back to us about trade in value for our 2003 Honda Pilot, however, when I called back, was told that if we came in on Saturday that he would discuss it. Overall, very unsatisfied, I would not recommend them to anyone.

Everyone, this is a lesson in customer service. A simple apology and empathy for wasting someone's time was all I was looking for, what ever happened to "customer is always right"? DO NOT buy a car from GOOD Chevrolet in Renton, Wa!! I just had the worst customer service experience ever! I set up a deal on Friday to come in Saturday and purchase a vehicle. Spent 2 hours cleaning my car for trade, went to my bank and got my funding all set up, was about to head to the dealer when I get a call that they sold it out from under me on Friday night! Not so much as a call to see if I wanted to come in to buy on Friday since they had another interested party? I understand the first come first serve policy, but even though I wasn't at the dealer yet I was first in line for this car. This place is why car dealerships get a bad name! But that is not the worst part, I send an email to their "Director" of e-commerce (Mike) explaining my feelings about their customer service and he actually argued with me over the course of about 4 emails on how they did no wrong and that it's unrealistic for me to think they could actually provide the courtesy of a call to every potential buyer. And I quote from the email "I understand you being upset, just do not blame us...cannot find any blame here". Apparently customer service is not GOOD chevrolets focus. GOOD = BAD

The dealer did respond, but it was very poor and I felt like I was dealing with someone that had no interest in developing a "repeat customer". My story: During my test drive of a 2008 pickup my salesman told me that other than the TPMS (Tire pressure monitoring system) "this truck has nothing else wrong with it". He backed it out so I could get in to drive, so I didn't see the backup camera had failed. It was a nice warm day, so I didn't bother checking the (inoperative) heated seats (see above where he said "nothing else wrong..."). After buying and discovering these issues, I called the dealer and was initially told that I was out of luck. I pursued the issue up the chain and was finally told that they would fix the backup camera only because it is a safety issue. The fix turns out to be an aftermarket clip-on camera attached to my license plate frame!!! Total garbage! They said they would repair my backup camera, not replace it with a manky aftermarket replacement. There are other issues that a normal test drive wouldn't find but that any decent used car dealer should find in their take-in inspection. All in all, if you decide to purchase from Good, please take the time to go through the vehicle completely - download and use an inspection guide, or take the car to your mechanic for a thorough review. I've actually had great experiences in my 49 years with used car dealers, just not this one. These guys epitomize the phrase "Sneaky Used Car Salesman"!!!

The sales guy was rude. Not confident but plain rude. He kept cutting me off mid-sentence to make his point without listening to me. He couldn't sit stillto gather all my information, instead was trying to be over-efficient dealing with two customers at once; would ask a question then disappear, then reappear. It left me unsettled and I felt very confused by the whole experience. Then as I am leaving a see a huge, LOUD disagreement between two coworkers of the company. One mad at the other for stealing his sale and documenting as his own. I have been shopping around and been to many dealerships now, good Chevrolet in Renton, gives you this impression they have an amazing system but really they are hustling people in, not giving them a chance to talk or think much, and seeing them out if God forbid they call the dealership out on their pricing.

Called regarding a 2012 Equinox. Was told by Dennis that he "could not find the keys to the vehicle but to come on down anyway." Traveled 45 minutes to the location only to be told they could not locate the car. Then, the "bait and switch" tactic - "We have a similar Equinox (a year older with 30k additional miles) for a slightly higher price. Why would I be interested in that vehicle? Very disappointing experience.

I inquired about the car listed (Shelby GT 500) and asked for some more information such as VIN number and other features of the car. The response I received via email was very curt with none of the information I asked for. Only that they do not discount, do not hold the car, do not accept letters of financing, and further inquiries would have to be made at the dealership in person. I live across country and was going to be in the area on a business trip and thought I would stop by while out there. And IF I liked it, I would have paid it in full and arranged to have it shipped back home. Their loss! I did see on Car Gurus other poor customer satisfaction reviews... And now I know why! It was completely uncalled for and extremely rude in my opinion.

I talked to them about a car i wanted and they told me it was in transit. A few days later i looked and they raised the price by $1000. I assume they got a few calls. I know they're "used car salesmen" but that doesn't seem very ethical to me. They also called me back to let me know they had 2 other cars just like it on the way.

I called to seriously inquire about a 2012 sh-awd manual Acura. The car was located far from my home and was basically told that they were uninterested in helping me with my purchase or the transportation of the vehicle. I asked why they would advertise nationwide and be so unresponsive. I told them I would look elsewhere since they were unwilling to help. By the way I found a car 800 miles from my home, from a dealer that was willing to work with me and am now the proud owner of a Acura TL SH with manual.

This brought me to walk in their door and ask to see the car I had inquired about. Dealer responded quickly but once they ran my credit check (which I informed them a head of time around what my credit score was) and seen that it was bad (low 500) the politeness stopped. I felt that they could of ether tried a couple other options or told me from the start that they wouldn't be able to help me. I did tell they at the very beginning what we were dealing with when it came to my credit score. I feel they shouldn't have got my hopes up and been honest and just said they wouldn't be able to find me financing.

Dealer wasn’t too enthusiastic to show any inventory of the vehicles that I was searching for. He took me to 1 vehicle and didn't present a good sales pitch even for that vehicle. The vehicle was a Cadillac Escalade. In my opinion, I don't think he believe that I was really going to purchase such an expensive vehicle and waist to much time trying to make a sell. I purchase my new Escalade from another dealer that same day. Chevrolet is not a good place to shop if you are looking to buy cadillac.
