Car stalled won't start

Question type: General

No fire, fuel pump no power.

Tested coil - good
changed fuel pump relay
tested fuel pump - ok
codes reader won;t read  computer

Go to: http://check-engine-light-codes.blogspot.com/2006/04/ford- 1985-95-obd1-code-self-retrieval.html for how to get the codes. Check the fuel pump inertia switch in the trunk, make sure it is functioning properly and not open circuit. Check for an ignition coil trigger signal at the coil connector while cranking engine, if no signal then it could be an ignition module or distributor stator, getting the codes should tell you that.
