Installing 6x9 speakers

Asked by Jul 21, 2017 at 03:41 PM about the 2016 Chevrolet Malibu Limited LT

Question type: General

Currently, I have a 6 speaker audio system and I want to add speakers to the
rear which are 6x9s. Where would I run the wire through and where would I
get the wires to power them. I thought of the rear door speakers but I'm not
100% sure.

You run the wire down along the door sills to your amp. I use crutchfield.com for all my car audio and if you buy from them, they include all the wiring and instructions for a slick, flawless install.
