Insurance is something that is never the same from place to place and policy to policy, company to company, when I lived out in the sticks my insurance was very low, but when I was very close in to the city my rates went up, even though I was driving less. So most rates are determined by the car, your driving record, the area you live in, and your age, martial status and in some places even your credit rating, bizarre I know, but that's just the way things are.
