2004 Honda sounds like squeaking mattress driving slow

front end sounds like squeaky mattress when going slow.  I pushed down on
passenger side front end and that seems to be what is squeaking.  What could
be wrong?

Thanks so much for your answer. I will try that. The front struts were both replaced last fall so it shouldn't be that. Thanks again.
