Car noise

I have a poping  noise when I accelerate you
would almost swear there was something
loose so far the Chrysler dealer can't figure it
out

More like the dealer doesn't want to waste any time actually diagnosing anything, and is just blowing you off until you have a hard fault. As to the popping noise, that might be a CV joint.

I was having issues like that with my AWD 200 but would also get a rubbing/hum noise. Turns out is was the drivetrain, center bearings, rear axle seals, stub shaft and CV axle. My car has 40,000 miles and pretty much everything but the engine, exhaust and transmission has been replaced.
