I was quoted a price by email and verbally and i told them i would take it , i offered to put money down but was told i didnt need to and when it was ready they would call me. A week later while it was still not fixed i noticed that they listed the vehicle for 2500 More than i was quoted. I called to see what was going on and was told by the saleman Joe and the Internet sales Rep not to worry, that the truck is mine. I Then find out that Wendell the general manager told them not to make the deal and if i want it the new price was what was online. He refused to honor the deal that was made between his staff and myself. I will never buy from them and i will continue to tell everyone i know of this experience."

The example of the sealant was interesting, but the detail job that was done to their cars before adding the sealant was disappointing. I couldn't tell the cars were detailed yet and thought of making an offer if the car was detailed first, but then I found out it was already detailed.... I would still recommend others check them out just because everyone was so nice."
