Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have jumped my 1999 GMC Suburban K1500 and sometimes it will start, but not always.  The battery is maybe 18 months old.

If you had to jump start it already, unless you put a charger on it,the battery is weak. Take the battery to your local auto parts store for them to test it. I suspect you will need a new one. If it's only 18 months old, you might get a free replacement if you take it back to the original place of purchase, because most are 100% warranted in the first 2 years.
