Left the sunroof open in the rain, can't run climate controls any tips?

Your best bet is to get a small fan and let it blow air on the control panel with only 1 window cracked open about 1 inch and let the vehicle heat up in the sun, it might take a day or 2 of hot weather to dry them out, if it doesn't work then your going to have to replace the control switches. Don't rush this as you could damage the processors if they haven't been damaged already.
