No heat!!!

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have no heat in the front or rear compartments. So far, I've checked coolant level is fine. Car not overheating(temp guage climbs up to center level and does not vary). Blower works fine in all positions. However, if I slide temp control for front anywhere past 1/4 of the way toward full heat, I hear a clunking sound(about every second) coming from behind control panel. If I slide temp control full left(cold), there is a different clunking sound. If I leave slider at 1/4, no sound. HELP! I'm freeeeezing!

Could be a blend door issue with the climate control. Since the temp gauge is normal, I would say the thermostat is fine. It could also be a blocked heater core. Have it looked at before you get frostbite.
