once i start my 89 grand prix%2C as it idles it starts sounding like it%27s going to die%2C then it does%2C it restarts%2C but i can%27t keep it running. i replaced plugs

Could be an ISC Not responding to inputs or a dirty throttle body, if you have a check engine light on, check the codes first.
