my shift selector panel doesn't light,

the shift selector lights, park, neutral, drive, second and first, do not light up when you turn on the headlights, I have power at one of the four connectors in the plug when you turn on the headlights, but the panel doesn't , don't know how it works, did anyone have this problem and how did you resolve it, THANKS
