I have a 2013 dodge charger. I left the engine running for 2 hours without the key fob inside the car. Will that hurt the car in terms of the car beeping for 2 hours?

2 hours idling is really hard on a lot of engine control systems, especially exhaust controls, but also under hood temps get a lot higher than normal due to low air flow. The only thing that could happen as far as the beeping is it could lock you out electronically when you next try to start the car due to loss of key recognization, then the dealer would have to reset the system. I would advise you to not do it again.
