where is the throttle actuator located on a 2002 Dodge Stratus

have a code reading of P1751 that says actuator is binding or is faulty

P1751 - Transmission throttle valve position minimum range performance. I'm sure you have to go to a trans shop/ mechanic to have the solenoid or valve replaced as it's part of the throttle body inside the transmission.
