Limp mode

2004 dodge neon sxt automatic is stuck in limp mode changed all the sensors and the
tranny is good but the speedometer aint working and won't get out of limp mode, second
is as high as I can go......wtf.....

Try this: Disconnect your battery, one cable will work, turn on the headlights, wait for about 3 minutes, turn off headlights, reconnect battery, start engine and drive as you normally would, if it operates properly then your done if it doesn't, then you are going to have to get into computer systems, component and wiring testing.
