how much to program and have a key made

On Craigslist I buy a key that flip into remote but there isnt any electronic pieces in
remote part what can I do to have it work for my Chrysler concord 1996

You must have two valid keys to add a new key to the system yourself, do you have two already and this is your third?

If not a locksmith can help you. Call around for pricing. Usually a dealership will charge you $150-$200 for a new key programmed.
