about my 1999 Chrysler sebrings
Don't put anything on the belts, if it is making noise it could be glazed over or you have a pulley that is out of alignment. Recommend replacing the belt and if noise is still there then find exactly it is making the noise and realign that pulley, sometimes when the belt tensioner get a little worn the pulley can actually tip slightly causing belt noise.
