I have a 2003 Lincoln town car with 3 codes. first 132 second 2195 and 2196. what do theses mean?

P2195: O2 Sensor Signal Biased/Stuck Lean Bank 1 Sensor 1; P2196: O2 Sensor Signal Biased/Stuck Rich Bank 1 Sensor 1. Not sure how you are getting only a 3 digit code. Go back and scan to see what the other one is, no such thing as a 132.
