Rear hvac resistor

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Are the blend door actuator controlled by the
blower motor resistor?  I changed the blend door
actuator, but the actuator spins then stops and
continues going in a complete circle. The wire  
harness is connected to the blower motor resistor.  
I was wondering if i change the resistor will it fix
the blend door actuator moving normal
