2021 Dodge Durango R/T AWD for Sale Nationwide

I have not bought from them yet, but they have been very helpful and quick to respond to my questions, I am planning on buying one really soon from them.

I am an out of state buyer (as many of us are now). Refused to discuss pricing with me over the phone, even though I simply asked to confirm the price they listed as being accurate. Said would not discuss anything unless I came to showroom- Big RED Flag.

GREAT Communication, Listing accuracy, On-site experience. the car was clean and ready for a test-drive. GREAT Customer service. the dealership staff friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend the dealer to friends.

From the moment we stepped in, we were comfortable with the atmosphere. We did not purchase on our first visit and did not feel any pressure to do so. This is only one of the reasons we returned to buy a truck from them! Kudo's to Derick, Hitarth and the one and only Mr. Hooker! You guys made buying this truck, fun... Thank you!!!

Frendly, timely reply Not very helpful on reply. I asked questions...Got "must come to the show room" answer. I live several hours away. I don't feel I should have to travel 5 hours round trip, to get answers. I wa contacted by 2 different gals on two different days

Over all rude, unprofessional and they openly admitted to me that the listing price on line is the cheapest on purpose and they make that up in dealer fees. They attempted to charge me 6,400 in dealer fees. I discontinued conversation. Don't shop here and if you do watch your paperwork very closely. They are not trust worthy. Dont work with Jay or Jesse.

Dishonest and Awful - I did a test drive and price negotiations I put my offer on the car and I was so explicit this is the best I can go up and I have no more time for negotiation since I have another appointment, so either accept or decline. they agreed and they kept me three hours to make the paper work. when they asked me to singe the loan application they increase the price suddenly after making me wait for three hours and losing my other appointments.

Contacted dealer, asked if was still in stock, made an appointment for 3 hours later 12:30 pm. Went in and waited was told it would be pulled up and ready to test drive. Was told it just sold. Sure, maybe it was, but they still have it listed 4 days later. I drove 28 miles to get there, with an appointment, I asked if it was still in stock, and they were less than straightforward.

They did everything fast & easy but u get confused if u don't ask questions so they start to improve the deal

I wanted to purchase a new vehicle that this dealer had, and the dealer would not do email or phone just kept saying I need to make an appointment to come in and would barley answer any questions I had. I did mention that many dealers now offer on line purchase and delivery and they told me they do not do that and I need to make an appointment to come in, so I bought my vehicle elsewhere.

Refused to answer questions over the phone before I took a 50 minute drive to get to them. I stood in lobby for 10 minutes and someone finally asked did I have anyone helping me. Told me they were going to do a soft credit check but sent my information to almost 10 different banks. They didn’t appraise my 2020 car and wasn’t offering me my first responder discount and the power dollar discount. Overall they’re unprofessional.

Overall experience was good however I went with another dealer.

Definitely gouging prices and very persistent in selling... I told them what I wanted and they kept trying to sell me something I could not afford. I would not recommend this dealership, not even to my worst enemy.

I went to the dealership to see the car and offered a lower price to purchase. Salesperson said the internet price was final price. No negotiations. Two weeks later, the price dropped a little so I contacted dealer by email and said my previous offer stands. They said they only take offers in person and to come in. Not falling for that again. "Internet price is final price." I'll find another Challenger elsewhere.

I didn't buy from here but the follow-ups were kind and courteous in regards to the auto I had inquired about. Always nice not to feel like a "target" :-)

I did not end up buying a car here but had a great experience at this dealership! They were ready for me when I arrived and were very attentive. My sales guy Jerry was knowledgeable and did a great job of communicating with me on a vehicle I did not end up buying. I have read a number reviews about terrible service, “bait and switch” etc., and I can tell you that was not nearly the case here! I will definitely consider them in future opportunities!

Awful, we drove 45 min for a scheduled appt. When we arrived we had to wait 30 minutes before someone would even come talk to us. Then to find out that vehicle we came to see was not on the lot. The GM took the car home. When they tried to reach him he would not answer his phone.

I was approved with a huge down payment which was understandable because my credit isn't that great. But it seemed like they tried to find reasons not to sell me the car. Really felt like I was getting the run around.

Vehicle ready for test drive. Great price and excellent detailing provided at possession. Sales department was friendly and honest about vehicle condition.

Quick response from Internet sales mgr John Cook. Answered my questions about listing. I made arrangements to come in a couple days later. He referred me to Austin Carr, who was nice, laid back, didn't pressure but also interested in selling the car. Worked well with us on price and pmts. Purchased this vehicle! Great experience start to finish

Very poor customer service, will never do business nor will I recommend business to them. I called to let them know I am traveling 3 hours away and needed complete pricing so I am come in to complete deal abs bring check from my bank. Refuse to give me any pricing and kept demanding that I will have to come in. Asked several times to speak to a supervisor was denied one

Wish it was possible to give this place 0/5. Was told this car and another were available all day even set up and confirmed a time to stop in. I received another confirmation on my way in. I drove an hour each way only to have both cars magically not on the lot anymore. Not only that, the salesperson then tried to sell me a newer and more expensive car. This place stinks and their tag line should be home of the bait and switch. Stay away!

Nice car and dealership response was quick! Would consider except I am looking for a manual transmission car.

I had an appointment the same day I contacted them and in 3 hours I was on the highway heading home in my new Durango. It was a great experience and Allyson was the BEST!!!

Stay away from Napelton's Mid Rivers CDJR unless you like feeling ripped off. They were supposed. They increased the price of my vehicle to include sales tax, now they will not issue me the check for the sales tax. I can not get a return phone call. I will never purchase another vehicle from Napelton's.

Awful dealership! They wrote the book on bait and switch. Called an hour before we got there to confirm car was still there and they confirmed. Got there Within 2 hours and it was “sold”. Claimed car we wanted was salvage title even though Cargurus stated it was clean. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP

Rose the price of the truck by $6K after already being in negotiations from a set price, and tried to negotiate from the new price. I think not!

Flew in from out of state. This car had much more wrong with it than disclosed over the phone. Car was not ready when we got there although they had 5 days notice of when we'd be coming. Paint didn't match all over the car, doors literally falling apart, headlight didn't work, blinker didn't work, gasket leaking, and ball joint bad. Wouldn't budge on price. Complete waste of time and money.

Multiple contacts even after stating we had decided on another vehicle.

I made a commitment to buy a truck from them and they sold the truck ryout from under me. The sales manager Mike called me and said we sold the truck to someone else.. he was very unprofessional about it. Then he hung up on me.

Staff was friendly, but the truck I contacted them about was not the one they gave me for a test drive. Nor did I ever see the specific truck on the lot. They gave me a similar sized truck, with different options. They were friendly to work with, my only issue was it felt a little bait and switch that I didn't test drive the truck I contacted about.

the Ram pictured was not the as posted. It had all black trim. The salesperson was very friendly and extremely helpful. Would have purchased if trim matched.
