why after awhile my air condition is running my blower fan is blowing but not much air comes out of the vents

I bought a new resistor and I got a new blower fan but it keeps doing the same thing once its on for a while the air minimazes

I'm having the same problem with my 2009 Aveo5 LT. The cabin filter was replaced (very dirty) but still have problem with airflow....help
