Have the Clockspring and back rear mount problems been rectified in the Chrysler Sebring
My 2001 Sebring Convertible 2.7L engine is behind repair (transmission), however, last year the Clockspring went on my car and I was quoted from $235.00 to $450.00 to replace it. Also, I had to replace the rear mounts on my car twice, due to being aluminum. I am considering purchasing a 2008 to 2010 Sebring Convertible 3.5L. Have my concerns been improved on, and what are your thoughts on the 3.5L engine. I have been advised not to consider another 2.7L engine. Thanks for your opinion.
My thoughts are to stay away from Chryslers.
