I will soon be purchasing a 2009 Nissan Frontier. The truck will soon be headed off to auction if not purchased, so I will be able to get the vehicle for a relatively low price. There is one slight problem. The truck has a minor dent on the rear bumper on the right side. If I wanted to replace the bumper, how should I do it? Should I pay a mechanic, or would it be cheaper to do it on my own?

Cheaper on your own of course, but like James said, will you be able to replace on your own and have the tools? Did you price out the cost of a new bumper? Hope your getting a killer deal on the truck. Get it checked out by your mechanic before purchase, could be more than just a dent in the bumper.
