I have a 2008 Navigator fan shuts down on highest fan speed I replaced fan resistor still stops what could be issue ? thanks

High speed is direct 12 volts. If you have a volt meter. Check to see if you are losing power or ground on high speed. Also recheck resistor connector and fan connector for any melting or corrosion

Also control panel could be bad on fan control. You can Google wiring diagrams to trace down your problem and follow test procedure.

Connections are not corroded would electrical lube be ok on connections also on highest fan speed it shuts down for about a minute then comes back on but shuts down after a few seconds

Runs ok if we set fan speed one notch back
