i have a 2006 dodge charger and the oil light comes on and makes a clicking sound when the oil is full

Oil light is usually low oil pressure or a faulty sensor. From your description of clicking, then I'd say you have low oil pressure. Don't continue to drive the car until you get it repaired as you can damage your engine.
