Trunk release button on the drivers side door wont open it. The key FOB button works.
The Trunk release button on the drivers side door does not work. The key FOB button
DOES work. I checked the settings on the dashboard (through the wiper control menu)
and it looks like it is checked off to have it open.
Could it be a fuse that isn't allowing it to work?
Could be a fuse. But it could also be the wiring that goes from the main body of the car to the door. Because the driver's door is used the most and that wiring is constantly flexing and bending each time the door is opened and closed these wires are prone to wear and breaking. HTH. -Jim
