I need help with my 1990 k5 blazer 5.7 350 it's will start up run ruff and have to pump the gas when idling then about 4 mins later it starts to idle higher and higher then dies

I need help with my 1990 k5 blazer 5.7 350 it's will
start up run ruff and have to pump the gas when
idling then about 4 mins later it starts to idle higher
and higher then dies so I try and start it back up
but it won't run its getting gas and spark I don't
have anything to test the pressure  on anything but
I got a new fuel filter and plugs, plug wires ,cap
,rotor  Im thinking it might be the knock sensor or
egr

Checked every vacuum line no leaks replace fuel pump it had no pressure on the fuel rail still has no pressure on the fuel rail. And it has no fire
