Question type: Maintenance & Repair

A/C is making a loud noise when it's running where
it's connected to the serpentine belt. It looks like
an outer plate or something that's connected to the
A/C.

Sounds like the AC compressor clutch plate. Might have to replace the compressor, have it checked out at your local AC shop/mechanic.
