My van chirps when istared than it stops after take off

2003 chirps when starting and accelerating

Chirping is usually caused by a failing pulley that runs off the serpentine belt. Remove the serpentine belt and spin the pulleys by hand to determine which one is the culprit. Also could be a weak belt tensioner.
