Running tail lights

Why my break lights work but the running light
dont?

Check for a blow tail/marker light fuse, if that checks good and you have power through the the fuse when you turn on the switch then you have a broken circuit somewhere down the line, then it would be time to break out the wiring diagrams and start tracing circuits.
