Windshield washer fluid not spraying.

I have replaced the motor, blew the lines out and
replaced the nozzles and it’s still not spraying. I
don’t hear the pump either. I called the dealership
and they want to charge 125 an hour to look at it.
Does anyone have any ideas to fix it? I can’t find a
fuse and I’m at a complete loss. I want to get it
fixed before winter weather kicks in. Any
suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
