5 speed transmission 1991 chevy s10

Got truck no clutch took tranny out
clutch, pressure plate new
pressureplate only had 3bolts2waser
replaced all new,also replace bearings,
pilot throwout,new master an slave
cyl,removed all air out of lines.....drove
excellent 3 days...slave cyl.pushes
throw out bearing but won't go in gear
unless trucks off

Possible pressure plate failure or pilot bearing seized..
