i get an email that says I have an offer on my truck, but when I click on reply...othing... is this bullshit?

HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO SEEL ANYTHING ON THIS JIVE SITE???? I GET AN EMAIL THAT I HAVE AN OFFER, BUT THERE IS NO WAY OF RESPONDING TO IT, BULLSHIT!

Same thing happened to me - checked my setting and the email was clicked off. Maybe check there???
