Haven’t received my confirmation email

I haven’t received my confirmation email, it’s been over 4 hours that I’ve listed
my vehicle. Also my listing doesn’t show a deal rating and I don’t see an option
were I can have a vehicle history report show. I’ve upgraded to a featured
listing but I need to have these options show, please help.
